Welcome to the Beckett’s Brigade Page!

Beckett turned 2 on July 1st! He is the happiest little guy. He is crushing milestones and amazes us every day.

Beckett was diagnosed with Down syndrome before he was born – he had duodenal atresia (his stomach and intestine were not connected). He had surgery to repair his stomach on day 2 of life and stayed in the NICU for 21 days so he could recover from surgery and learn how to eat. He was a little rockstar in the NICU and got out earlier than everyone expected!

Since then, Beckett has been growing like crazy and trying to keep up with his big brother, Callan. He started walking in April, when he was 21 months. He loves music, dancing, swimming, and playing with his big bro.
