Welcome to the Beckett’s Brigade Page!

Beckett turned 3 on July 1st! He is the happiest little guy. He is starting pre-school at the Britain Center on August 31st and we are so excited to see his skill growth!

Beckett was diagnosed with Down syndrome before he was born – he had duodenal atresia (his stomach and intestine were not connected). He had surgery to repair his stomach on day 2 of life and stayed in the NICU for 21 days so he could recover from surgery and learn how to eat. He was a little rockstar in the NICU and got out earlier than everyone expected!

Since then, Beckett has been trying to keep up with his big brother, Callan. He doesn’t let anything slow him down. He loves music, dancing and dinosaurs.
