Monday, September 26, 2022, 6:00. Don’t delay, register today to receive your commemorative Step Up walk t-shirt.

Donations for this Team will be accepted through the end of the year.

Welcome to "Jacob’s Jaywalkers" page.

We are thrilled to have you join us in celebrating individuals with Down syndrome at this very special event. Your support and fundraising efforts provide therapeutic programs and services for individuals with Down syndrome and their families in our community. Down Syndrome Innovations serves over 1,900 families, 22 hospitals, 45 school districts and dozens of early childhood and adult service provider organizations in Kansas and Missouri. "Jacob’s Jaywalkers" would love to have you walk with us. We appreciate all the support we can get! Together make a difference!

A Special Message From "Jacob’s Jaywalkers"

Join us for the Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk! This will be our NINTH walk!! Jacob is now 8 and in the 3rd grade. He loves all things sports, especially the team logos, mascots, and stadiums. Jacob loves to play with Hot Wheels and anything pretend/imaginary with Adelyn. His laugh is infectious, which makes tickling him all the more enticing, and his hugs can't be beat!
