Monday, September 26, 2022, 6:00. Don’t delay, register today to receive your commemorative Step Up walk t-shirt.

Donations for this Team will be accepted through the end of the year.

Welcome to "Jordan’s Tribe" page.

We are thrilled to have you join us in celebrating individuals with Down syndrome at this very special event. Your support and fundraising efforts provide therapeutic programs and services for individuals with Down syndrome and their families in our community. Down Syndrome Innovations serves over 1,900 families, 22 hospitals, 45 school districts and dozens of early childhood and adult service provider organizations in Kansas and Missouri. "Jordan’s Tribe" would love to have you walk with us. We appreciate all the support we can get! Together make a difference!

A Special Message From "Jordan’s Tribe"

Jordan Miller is the sweet baby of the family! Jordan loves to cuddle, hug, dance to anything with a beat, wrestle his big brothers, play with balloons, and is always laughing at life to help remind us to not take things so serious. Jordan is our breath of fresh air and brings the kind of pure love every family needs! We are creating our own Tribe for our Jordan to make sure he has Support, Hope, Friendship, and Love surrounding him his whole life!
