Monday, September 26, 2022, 6:00. Don’t delay, register today to receive your commemorative Step Up walk t-shirt.

Welcome to "Niyah’s Happy Hearts" page.

We are thrilled to have you join us in celebrating individuals with Down syndrome at this very special event. Your support and fundraising efforts provide therapeutic programs and services for individuals with Down syndrome and their families in our community. Down Syndrome Innovations serves over 1,900 families, 22 hospitals, 45 school districts and dozens of early childhood and adult service provider organizations in Kansas and Missouri. "Niyah’s Happy Hearts" would love to have you walk with us. We appreciate all the support we can get! Together make a difference!

A Special Message From "Niyah’s Happy Hearts"

Niyah is almost 2 years old now! We are so thankful that she is part of our family. Niyah is a bright, happy little girl. She works so hard at everything she does and never stops trying. She attends therapy and class every week, learning to walk, talk, eat, and play. She loves her friends and therapists at school! Niyah has recovered so well from her open heart surgery. She gets stronger and more determined every day. We would love for you to join Niyah’s Happy Hearts as we support and celebrate individuals with Down syndrome. Come spend some time with us! We’ll have snacks and drinks, and lunch will be served. Sign up by Sept. 26th to make sure you get Niyah’s team shirt!
