Welcome to "Owen the Omazing" page.

We are thrilled to have you join us in celebrating individuals with Down syndrome at this very special event. Your support and fundraising efforts provide therapeutic programs and services for individuals with Down syndrome and their families in our community. Down Syndrome Innovations serves over 1,900 families, 22 hospitals, 45 school districts and dozens of early childhood and adult service provider organizations in Kansas and Missouri. "Owen the Omazing" would love to have you walk with us. We appreciate all the support we can get! Together make a difference!

A Special Message From "Owen the Omazing"

We tried for 5 yrs and finally were blessed with Owen! We found out while we were pregnant he had a 63% of Being born with Trisomy 21. They found an Atrioventricular Septal Defect on an ultrasound during our anatomy scan. Owen was born on May 5, 2019 at 35 weeks and 5 days and he was diagnosed with Down syndrome a week later. The most beautiful baby boy. He learned to walk after it and is now thriving at preschool! He is truly Owen the Omazing! We love shouting his worth and that there is nothing to fear about Down syndrome.
