Welcome to our team page!

• Are you Ready to Step Up for Down Syndrome? Join our Sassy Sierra and her Super Duper Sassy Steppers as we STEP UP FOR DOWN SYNDROME on Saturday, October 28th at Arrowhead Stadium from 10 am to 2pm.

It's been 11 years since our brown eyed beauty was born and we were given the diagnosis of Trisomy 21 aka Down Syndrome. Sierra was also diagnosed with a congenital heart defect in which she would need open heart surgery. Two diagnosis would devastate any parent but just like the meaning of her name, Sierra was "strong willed". This perfect beautiful brown eyed babydoll would not let the diagnosis define her. She has clearly shown just how "strong willed" and sassy she can be. Sierra has taught us more in her eleven years than we could ever learn in a lifetime. Sierra has shown us how to be patient, be kind, how to live life to the fullest, and most of all love unconditionally. Sierra has been our little entertainer, Rockstar, our artist, our cheerleader, and most of all our heart. We love our Sassy Sierra!
