Wesley is the happiest boy we know. He’s never met a stranger and shares his sweet smile with everyone he meets. Wesley is our brave boy who conquered his open heart surgery like the champ he is. His best friends are his sister and brother (Piper 6 and Luke 3), mommy and daddy. We look forward to celebrating our happy little guy and connecting with the Down syndrome community at our first Step Up Walk.
